Your door code will be the last four digits of the phone number listed. - If you wish to have other guests in your party receive check-in information, please let me know and I can add them. - I will also text this information to you a couple of days prior to your arrival. Each door code is individually created. It begins working at 4pm (on Arrival Date) and will stop working at 10 am (of Departure Date). Ring doorbell if you need assistance.

- We try to accommodate our guests when possible. If you need a late check-out, please reach out as soon as possible.. - Please place towels in a pile. - Please remove all perishable items from the fridge and throw them away. - Please bag and take your garbage to the outdoor garbage can. - Recyclables can be placed in the blue can. - Close and lock all windows and doors. - Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher. - Leave the beds unmade. - Turn off all lights - Have a safe drive home!

- Walk around downtown Florence or UNA campus. - Walk the Railroad bridge, also some trails around there. Type "Old Railroad Bridge" Florence and search on Google maps. - Florence Indian Mounds - Rosenbaum House Museum

If you need an early check-in, please reach out directly to us. We will work with our cleaner to get you into the unit as early as possible. (Please keep in mind that our cleaners have until 4pm to get the condo ready.) *Please note that same day early check-in requests are highly unlikely. *Please note that there is a "Ring" doorbell security camera, located next to the front door facing out. It does not look into any interior spaces.

WiFi is free to our guests. You will find the password in the email or text message we send you prior to your arrival.

- Thermostat is located in the hallway next to the second bedroom. - Air filters are checked after each guests' stay and changed at that time (if needed). Otherwise, air filters are changed once a month. - Please do not leave the unit running while the windows and doors are open.

- Our house has a driveway to park your vehicle. - A second driveway in the back of the house, next to the back gate. - Extra vehicles will need to park on the street in front of the house. -Please DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS.

- Please bag all of your garbage. We provide spare garbage bags in the pantry. -The garbage can and recycling can is located on the driveway, in front of the house. - Trash and recycle pick up runs on Thursday morning, we will stop by to pull the cans to the curb.

- There is a stackable washer and dryer located in the hall area. - We provide laundry detergent and fabric sheets. - We have not decided whether we will provide fabric softner, it is not necessary to use when washing your laundry. - Please leave the washer door slightly ajar to prevent a mildew smell.
