Situated on a corner lot, there's plenty of open space. Inside, the primary bedroom is a serene sanctuary featuring a king-sized bed, a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a generous walk-in closet. Need to get some work done? A large work desk with a rolling chair and a touch work light with a USB outlet sits conveniently beneath the TV. The second bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests, offering two comfortable twin beds, an Astroids arcade game, toys, and books. The hallway provides a practical laundry room with a small folding counter, and the hall bathroom includes a tub and shower combo. We've taken care of the essentials: towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, and lotion are all provided. Step into the inviting living room, furnished with a cozy couch and recliner, and enjoy entertainment on the large smart TV (found in all rooms!). While the fireplace is decorative, it adds a touch of charm. Walk towards the pillar stack that has the building name on it "Island Shores". Take one of the sidewalks to the back side of that pillar stack and you will find the elevator. DO NOT hold the elevator doors open, the elevator will become stuck because it will sense there is an object deliberately in the way. A: Yes, each guest needs to display a parking pass on their vehicle when they stay at Island Shores. Guests' who stay in our unit (658) will find their parking pass on the kitchen counter. All other guests' will need to reach out to the management company or owner they booked through to obtain a parking pass Q: is there an elevator onsite? A: Yes, there is an elevator at Island Shores. It is located in the center of the building and services all 6 floors. NOTE: We do not guarantee that the elevator will always work during your stay. We will notify guests if it is out of service, (a rare occurance). All guests MUST be capable of ascending and descending multiple flights of stairs. Q: Do you provide beach chairs? A: For guests who stay in our unit, we do provide a seasonal beach chair and umbrella service.
