We have been married since 2009 and have 2 children and 2 dogs. We chose our business name, KiN, as "kin" means "family" in English and "home" in Navajo. Our children's names begin with K & N. We're a family business with over 20yrs experience in real estate investment and property management. Channing is a retired Army Officer with a broad knowledge of the types of investments and is the KiN Qualifying Broker. He's been licensed for over 15yrs. Rhiannon is a hospitality specialist with over 19yrs experience in the hotel and vacation rental industry. She enjoys making guests feel at home when they stay at one of our properties.

We are happy to check availability and give you a quote over the phone. We only deliver to McFarland Park or Joe Wheeler State Park. We require your RV rental space to have full hookups (No dry camping). We require a 20% deposit to reserve your dates and the final balance will be due 30 days prior to your arrival date. After the deposit is collected, we will send you some links to help you familiarize yourself with the RV. On your campsite arrival date, we will bring the RV to your specified camp site and set it up for you. Once you arrive, we will go through a checklist and make sure the appropriate paper work is initialed and signed. Upon your departure date, we will arrive before check out time to look over the RV, and sign an inspection release form. Description This 2022 Forest River Surveyor Legend is a simple camper perfect for a couple or will comfortably fit a family of four. When the camper is fully set up, and the single slide is extended, the camper has 342 square feet of living space. There are two exterior doors, each door has a window with sliding privacy blinds and a screen doors.
