- All vehicles MUST display a parking pass. - We do not charge a parking fee to guests who are staying in our unit (508). - You will find your parking pass inside the unit when you arrive (one pass maximum). - Please make sure your arrival/departure dates are filled out. - Display the pass on the dash or on your vehicle rearview mirror.

The dumpster is located at the entrance of the lower parking lot. - There is a latch on the dumpster to prevent bears from accessing the garbage. - Please latch the dumpster after you throw your garbage away. - Please DO NOT leave garbage bags on top of the dumpster. - We provide garbage bags, you will find them under the kitchen sink. - If you do not find any there, please reach out and let us know.

- The pilot light is lit during the fall, and possibly through the beginning of spring. - Do not blow pilot light out - Dial/Timer switch to operate the fireplace is located on the right side of the mantel, behind the TV.

For your safety, please be aware of your surroundings and don't let small children run too far ahead of you. Gatlinburg is in the heart of the Smoky Mountains and black bears are often seen on property. These animals may seem friendly and comfortable around humans, but they are wild and could attack when they feel nervous or trapped. - Please note: The maximum fine for feeding wildlife is $5,000 and up to 6 months in prison.

Walking around Downtown Gatlinburg isn't the only fun activity around. - Take a hike - Mini golf - Ripley's Aquarium - Pigeon Forge - Dollywood - Take a day trip and go to Ashville, NC (81 miles) - Biltmore Estate - Shopping - Visit the town of Cherokee (35 miles) - Harrah's Cherokee Casino - Clingmans Dome (23 miles) - Summit observation tower and paved trail.

If you need an early check-in, please reach out directly to us. We will work with our cleaner to get you into the unit as early as possible. (Please keep in mind that our cleaners have until 4pm to get the condo ready.) - Please note that there is a "Ring" doorbell security camera, located next to the front door facing out. It does not look into any interior spaces.

Your door code will be texted to the phone number on the reservation. I send out door codes several days before your arrival date. Each door code is individually created. It begins working at 4pm (on Arrival Date) and will stop working at 10 am (of Departure Date). Ring doorbell if you need assistance. - Please note that there is a "Ring" doorbell security camera, located next to the front door facing out. It does not look into any interior spaces.

- We try to accommodate our guests when possible. If you need a late check-out, please reach out and ask. - Please place towels in a pile. - Please remove all perishable items from the fridge and throw them away. - Please bag and take your garbage down to the dumpster. - Close and lock all windows and doors. - Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher. - Leave the beds unmade. - Turn off all lights - Have a safe drive home!

- Pool is located in the back of the building. - You will see the doors as you approach the elevator. - Pool is seasonal & heated - Open: 8 AM - Close: 10 PM - No glass allowed

Gatlinburg has a large variety of places to eat. the best way to find good food is to get on social media and find out where the locals like to eat. Here are a few places we enjoy eating at on our trips to the condo. - Food City - closest grocery store, located on East Parkway -Mama's Chicken Kitchen - Three Jimmy's Good Time Eatery - Tennessee Jed's - Best Italian Cafe & Pizzeria in Elks Plaza - Bennett's Pit Bar-B-Que - Alamo Steakhouse - Log Cabin Pancake House - Little House of Pancakes

You will find the elevator towards the center of the complex. - When you arrive, drive to the top of the hill and temporarily park in one of the loading/unloading parking spaces. - You will see the elevator beyond the stairs

WiFi is free to our guests. You will find the password and userid in the kitchen behind the sink.

- Thermostat is located on the PTAC unit. - Please do not leave the unit running while the balcony doors are open.

The laundry room is located on the third floor. - Take the elevator to the 3rd floor and go down the left wing. - It is the first door on the left. - You need to use an App on your phone to pay for each wash or dry cycle. - We leave laundry detergent under the kitchen sink for guests who stay in our unit. - Please reach out if you do not see any laundry detergent.

Shopping while on vacation is a great way to add unique items to your wardrobe. - Mountain Mall - Village Shoppes - Mountain Arts Center Poke your head in all the shops along both sides of the downtown area.
